Booking terms
In force as of August 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms govern bookings of stays in the furnished tourist accommodation offered on hotel-nancy-gare-appartement.fr. Any booking implies their acceptance.
2. Booking & payment
Bookings are made online by selecting the dates and then paying immediately by bank card via our secure provider Stripe. The booking is confirmed once payment has been received; a confirmation is sent by e-mail.
3. Price & tourist tax
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, per night and per property. The tourist tax (per adult and per night) is added to the total and itemised separately; minors under 18 are exempt from it.
4. Arrival & departure
Arrival from 15 h (self check-in via secure key box), departure by 11 h at the latest.
5. Cancellation & amendment
Save for any special conditions displayed at the time of booking:
- Full refund in the event of cancellation up to the day before the arrival date.
- No refund on the arrival day or afterwards, nor in the event of non-arrival (no-show).
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specified date.
7. Guest obligations
The guest undertakes to enjoy the premises peacefully, to respect the neighbourhood, and to return the property in good condition. Parties and events are prohibited.
8. Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or acts of the guest.
9. Complaints & applicable law
Any complaint: location-nancy@outlook.fr. We undertake to respond as promptly as possible. French law applies.
